Shipping Policy
All orders placed on www.winglorestudio.com are shipped from New Delhi, India. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received. Upon confirmation, you will receive an email summarising your order details, including size and shipping address. Please review this information carefully and contact us within 24 hours for any corrections.
Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, a separate email with tracking information will be shared.
Dispatch Timelines
The typical dispatch time is 7–10 business days, depending on the product. Any delays will be communicated via email.
Please note, if your shipping pin code is classified as a remote area, delivery times may be extended. Custom-made pieces, pre-orders, international shipments, and orders placed during Sale periods may require additional time up to 3–4 weeks for dispatch.
If you require expedited shipping, please email us at hello@winglorestudio.com or WhatsApp us. We will do our best to accommodate, but we must be notified at the time of placing the order. We cannot be held responsible for delays where an urgent requirement was not communicated in advance.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping within India is complimentary, whereas international shipping rates would be available during the checkout process.
For express shipping requests within India, additional charges starting at ₹250 will apply.
If your order incurs additional shipping costs (for reasons like remote locations or oversized packages), we will notify you via email. Your order will proceed only after the balance payment is cleared.
Note that orders shipped outside India are delivered on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means any import duties, taxes, or customs fees due in your country will be collected by the courier upon delivery. Winglore does not collect or control these charges.
Other Details
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.
Multiple orders placed close together by the same customer may be shipped together as a single package.
Delivery attempts are usually made more than once before a shipment is returned to us.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only. While we aim to meet them, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
We do not assume liability for delays caused by Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
For international shipments, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once a package has left India, it cannot be retrieved. If held by customs in the destination country, the customer must coordinate directly with the local customs authority for clearance.
We are not liable for delays due to customs processing in the destination country.
