Exchange and Return Policy
At Winglore Studio, every piece is thoughtfully made-to-order, crafted just for you. We take great care in inspecting each item before dispatch to ensure you receive only the finest quality.
To help you find your perfect fit from the start, we encourage you to clarify any sizing doubts before placing your order.
A little extra care upfront not only ensures a better fit but also helps reduce the need for multiple shipments. Most of our garments are designed with margins, allowing for easy local alterations if needed.
That said, we're always here to support you if you need any further assistance with your purchase. Here’s how you can reach out!
Returns
Since each product is tailored just for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the orders once placed.
The only exception? If you receive a defective or damaged product, something that we take very seriously. If that happens, please reach out to us at hello@winglorestudio.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, with images and a brief note explaining the issue.
We’ll personally look into it and make sure you're taken care of.
Exchanges
We know that sometimes sizing can be tricky, and we’re happy to help!
As each product is custom-made only for you, we cannot offer a direct exchange.
However, to help you, we are happy to work with you for any basic alterations (when possible, depending on the product).
To initiate this, please initiate the size alterations within 7 days of receiving your order.
To start the process, simply email us at hello@winglorestudio.com with your order details.
For size alterations, you will need to send us the product as a courier from your end. An additional reverse shipping charge of ₹250–₹300 will also apply.
If we've made a mistake on our end, such as sending you the wrong product or size, don't worry, we’ll take care of everything, and no shipping fee will be charged.
Please make sure the product is returned unused, unworn, and with all original tags in place to qualify for an exchange.
Cancellations
Since we start crafting your piece shortly after you place your order, cancellations are not possible once an order is confirmed.
However, if you need to cancel and your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’d be happy to offer you a store credit for the full amount within 24 hours of our acceptance of the same, which you can use at your leisure.
Once the making process has started, cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated.
Refunds
While we generally don't offer direct refunds, we will issue refunds only if we are unable to fulfil your order - a rare occurrence, but should it happen, you’ll hear from us directly.
In all other cases (including size exchanges or a change of mind), refunds are not provided. Instead, one of the other solutions, i.e exchange or store credit, will be applicable.
A Few More Things to Know
Sale items, custom pieces, and international orders are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
We encourage you to take a moment to review your order details, sizing, shipping address, and contact information carefully before placing the order.
While we do everything we can to deliver the perfect piece to you, certain things like customs clearance or courier delays are outside our control.
